heart is just one, and I offer to you, let your hand take it directly.
 I would have though this one - only mine in the world. 
only in your hands this is where I believe the heart will still contain a sense, it is even if you're willing to take it. whereas if not, let this feeling die and disappear with a heart would surely die. . .
